We invite you to attend a new course of the COPYRIGHT SCHOOL dedicated to the copyright rights in publishing and related industries, which will be held with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of Russian Federation.

Experts and lawyers specializing in the field of copyright, candidates of law, representatives of the Legal Bureau “Omega” and the Scientific and Educational Center for Intellectual Property and Digital Economy Digital IP are involved as lecturers.
During the course the questions of co-authorship and co-inheritance in the copyright law, personal non-property rights, different ways of solving problems of realization of the rights to the name and to the inviolability will be considered.
The experts will tell you about the specifics of making deals with the exclusive rights and specifics of the disposal of rights for certain types of works,. They will discuss with the participants the opportunities of acquiring the stake in the exclusive right, will consider new ways of registration of objects of copyright and neighbouring rights, as well as fixing the facts of ownership and transferring of rights to such objects. The variety and features of contracts in the field of copyright and neighbouring rights will be considered, as well as many other professional issues will be covered in detail by the specialists in publishing and intersectoral activities
Part of the course is devoted to the specifics of the use of personal data in the realization of the projects in the field of Intellectual Property and other related problems.
One of the modules of the course will be dedicated to the problems of creation and use of new objects of Intellectual Property Rights: multimedia products, video books, interactive educational products, entertaining and educational games.
