Professional Experience
Anna began her career path in 2016, while still studying at university, which provided an excellent opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
At the start of her career, Anna worked at a dynamically growing film production company, where she gained invaluable experience in intellectual property and contract law. Her responsibilities included legal support for the production of feature films, TV series, and television programs; drafting and analyzing contracts with authors, screenwriters, composers, and other creative professionals; as well as corporate governance of the joint-stock company — preparing and supporting general shareholder meetings, drafting meeting minutes, and developing other corporate documents.
The next stage of her professional development involved working at a major federal television channel. There, Anna expanded her expertise in media law and deepened her knowledge of intellectual property law: she provided legal support for broadcast operations, ensuring content complied with legislation; handled extensive contract work; prepared legal opinions on the use of musical works, video materials, and trademarks; supported transactions for the acquisition of rights to TV programs, films, and series; liaised with rights holders and channel partners; monitored compliance with license agreements and mitigated risks of IP infringement; participated in developing internal policies.
Currently, Anna works in consulting, where she focuses on corporate law and comprehensive business support. As a lawyer, she advises companies on corporate, labor, and intellectual property law; supports transactions involving the creation, reorganization, and liquidation of entities; drafts and analyzes corporate documents (charters, regulations, meeting minutes); and helps structure businesses in compliance with legal requirements.
