We invite everyone to participate in our Copyright School - 2023!
👏This year we are holding this event for the fifth anniversary!
Traditionally, the event is held with the support of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development and in collaboration with our friends from Digital IP.
The 2023 School of Copyright in Publishing and Related Industries will be held from October 16 to 20.
The planned program will include 12 classroom hours. This year we plan to expand the program to include deeper consideration of a number of complex legal issues, such as:
• joint ownership,
• features of the protection of foreign works during the period of sanctions and anti-sanctions,
• protection and circulation of rights to parts of works,
• orphan works,
• blockchain in the field of IP.
